Advancing Health Equity
Rochester Community and Technical College (易胜博) and Winona State University (WSU) invite members of our community to attend the Health Equity Summit, a collaborative event dedicated to exploring solutions to improve health outcomes for immigrant and refugee communities.
This summit provides a platform to share insights, foster collaboration, and inspire actionable change. Through presentations and a panel discussion, the summit will highlight the unique challenges immigrant and refugee populations face in accessing equitable healthcare and showcase strategies to address these disparities.

Program Overview
Presentation (1-2pm CT):
The Rochester Healthy Community Partnership (RHCP) and Hispanic Advocacy and Community Empowerment through Research (HACER) will share insights from their research and highlight best practices for advancing health equity in immigrant and refugee populations across Minnesota.
Panel Discussion – Q&A (2-3:30pm CT):
Engage with a panel of esteemed healthcare practitioners who will discuss their experiences and strategies for fostering inclusive and equitable healthcare practices.
